Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses expressive medium of art as its primary mode of communication incorporating internal feelings to be expressed without relying on verbal language as only means of communication. Art therapy is one of the treatment methods which incorporates psychical, mindful, societal and spiritual spectrum.
Throughout history, art has been manifested into everyday activities influencing greatly on human mind. Art is comprehension of the artist’s unique visions persuading beauties beyond internal or external realm, making un-prejudice judgements between the east and the west culture, however the different style of expressions are to be noticed due to geographical and cultural aspects.
