Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@kbookstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Item(s) are lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
● Item(s) that have been used by the customer or its packaging has been opened
● Item(s) customized to order according the customer's request
● Item(s) that lose value over time, such as diaries, magazines, etc.
● Item(s) are provided as supplement or bonus
● Item(s) are fine but whose supplement or bonus are damaged
● Item(s) sold on clearance sale or final sale

Please Note
● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● The outer box of the set product is removed at the delivery stage and only the product is sent, and even if the outer box is received, damage to the outer box is not a reason for exchange or refund.
● When the returned product arrives at us, the refund will be processed after checking that there is no damage to the product. Credit may be limited depending on whether the product is damaged.
