『8th UN Secretary-General Process of Selection』은 UN 사무총장 반기문의 선택과 과정을 그려낸 책이다. UN의 NGO의 역할을 제시한다.
Member States in UN Collective Action for Peace. There is a tendency to forget people who devoted themselves to the ideal of the United Nations. Thus, the book also includes a photo gallery on people who helped and collaborated with me to promote the actions of the United Nations. Tae-Ho Yoo, former regional Adviser of UNESCO for Social Sciences in Asia and the Pacific and an active member of the United Nations Association for France made an analysis of the selection process of 8th UN Secretary-General along four procedures of NGOs and civil societies for selecting a qualified candidate. I endorse his assessment of the selection process under the responsibility of the Security Council, which for the first time took into account the recommendations of NGOs on the selection process. His assessment of Ban Ki-Moon, the 8th UN Secretary-General was coherent in the sense that the author defended the campaign platform of the South Korean Candidate by providing several background papers.

Asia and the Pacific and an active member of the United Nations
Association for France made an analysis of the selection process of 8th UN
Secretary-General along four procedures of NGOs and civil societies for
selecting a qualified candidate.
I endorse his assessment of the selection process under the responsibility of
the Security Council, which for the first time took into account the
recommendations of NGOs on the selection process.
His assessment of Ban Ki-Moon, the 8th UN Secretary-General was
coherent in the sense that the author defended the campaign platform of the
South Korean Candidate by providing several background papers.
