『다시 시작해도 괜찮아』는 북한 이탈 청소년에 관한 책입니다. 전쟁은 결국 휴전되었지만, 아직도 전쟁의 여파는 계속되고 있습니다. 그중 하나가 우리 사회에 있는 탈북 주민과 그들의 자녀들입니다. 한국에 들어와서 사는 인구가 이미 3만 명을 넘어섰다는 것은 알려졌지만, 그들의 자녀들이 어떻게 교육을 받고 있는지는 아무도 모르는 것 같습니다. 이 책은 그들 자녀의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 작성된 것입니다.
