Description
본서는 이러한 태권도인들의 갈증을 해소하기 위하여 출발하였다. 음악에 맞춘 태권도 수련프로그램을 처음 활용하여 보는 대학생, 그리고 태권도 안무에 대하여 전반적인 이해를 얻고자 하는 태권도 지도자들을 돕기 위하여 구성되었다. 태권도 안무란 무엇인지 그 개념과 특징을 설명하면서 1장을 시작하였고, 2장과 3장에서는 태권도 안무에 있어 매우 중요한 음악에 관하여 설명하고 구성 동작 및 활용방법을 제시하였다. 이어 4장은 태권도 안무를 어떻게 지도하여야하는지 그 방법을 설명한 내용이며, 마지막으로 5장에서 교육대상과 수련목적에 따른 태권도 지도안을 제시하여 실제 강의로 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.
